Your information should be handled with care.

VoltPath Recruiting uses information you voluntarily provide to respond to employer inquiries, evaluate potential candidate fit, and communicate about relevant recruiting services or opportunities.

Candidate information

Candidate introductions and prescreens may collect contact information, professional background, credentials, technical experience, work preferences, compensation goals, travel or relocation preferences, and project examples. This information is stored securely for recruiting follow-up. A résumé or professional profile is not shared with a prospective employer without a relevant conversation and your permission. Please do not send sensitive personal identifiers, financial information, or medical information.

Employer information

Employer inquiry forms may collect your name, company, business contact details, role requirements, location, compensation, travel expectations, and any context you choose to provide. Search details are stored securely and used to evaluate and respond to the inquiry or conduct recruiting work. Confidential or replacement searches should be identified when you contact us so the right handling can be discussed.

When an employer submits a recruiting inquiry, VoltPath may send a direct acknowledgment and a limited series of follow-up messages about that same request. Follow-ups stop when the employer replies, schedules a meeting, asks VoltPath to stop, or the inquiry is closed. Delivery and workflow status are recorded so VoltPath can avoid duplicate or inappropriate messages.

Job alerts and email preferences

Job alerts are sent only after a person provides explicit permission and confirms the email address. VoltPath stores the name, email address, location, technical lanes, travel preference, frequency, consent record, and delivery history needed to match and send relevant opportunities. Every alert includes an unsubscribe link. A person may update preferences by creating a new alert with the same email address or contact VoltPath to request deletion.

Website measurement

VoltPath records limited first-party conversion information when a visitor submits an employer inquiry or selects a phone, email, candidate, or job application contact action. These records may include the page, action type, referring website hostname, and campaign parameters included in the URL. This measurement is used to understand which pages and outreach efforts lead to genuine recruiting conversations. It does not intentionally store IP addresses, use advertising cookies, or build cross-site advertising profiles.

Stories and comments

Stories from the Field submissions publish immediately using the public credit option selected by the contributor. Story text, public byline, general professional details, and comments—including emojis—are visible to website visitors. Contributor email addresses and phone numbers are kept private and are available only to VoltPath for administration and contact.

Contributors should not submit employer or client names, identifiable facility details, protected system information, or content they do not have the right to share. VoltPath may remove stories, comments, or images when necessary.

Submission notifications

When an employer inquiry, candidate form, field story, or story comment is submitted, VoltPath may send an internal notification to its owner through a transactional email provider. The notification may contain the information included in the submission so VoltPath can respond promptly. Submission records remain available in VoltPath's private administrative tools if email delivery is delayed or unavailable.
