Technical credibility
Know enough to ask better questions—and enough to recognize the limits of a résumé.
About VoltPath
VoltPath exists because highly technical electrical work deserves a recruiting process led by someone who understands the field.
Meet the founder
After more than two decades in the electrical industry, Kelly saw the same problem repeatedly: recruiters were evaluating highly technical professionals without the field background to understand their work.
VoltPath was built to close that gap. Kelly's experience spans electrical construction, substations, testing, protection and control, and the realities of field operations. He understands why two people with the same title may have completely different capabilities—and which questions reveal the difference.
That technical perspective shapes every intake, every outreach message, and every candidate screen. Clients get clearer context. Candidates get a conversation that respects their craft. Both sides spend less time on mismatched interviews.
“The goal is simple: understand the work, respect the people doing it, and make introductions that hold up in the field.”
