Sourcing
We reach into our active network and run targeted outreach to passive candidates. You get candidates with real relevant experience — not whoever is easiest to find.

Screening
We interview every candidate before you see their résumé. We verify certifications, check references early, and confirm interest. You only meet people who are a real fit.

Shortlist
You receive a tight shortlist — typically 3 to 5 candidates — with context on each one: their motivation, strengths, and the reasons we think they're right.

Placement & Support
We coordinate interviews, help you structure the offer, and stay involved through onboarding. Our work doesn't end when the contract is signed.
